MEC Baltic, Mediterranean Consultancy in the Baltic Region, is a joint venture made up of two companies with a large experience within the European consultancy industry, EURORA and INCOMA. Its mission is to facilitate people and companies internationalization among the new European countries from the Baltic Region and the rest of Europe, especially focused on the Mediterranean scope.
EURORA is an Italian based consulting firm established in 1998 and servicing international clients worldwide. Its main activity is to advice and support clients in implementing their strategy of internationalization. Throughout dedicated work with partners and clients of different business background and in different business context, Eurora has achieved extensive experience in the area of Project Development, Strategic Planning, EU Project Design and Management, Project Cycle Management, Partner Networking, etc.
On the other hand, INCOMA is a consultancy located in Seville (Spain) and works on development and management of European projects, mainly those included in the framework of the education and youth mobility, like Leonardo da Vinci, Socrates, Erasmus Mundus...
Moreover, INCOMA also works as an import-export trade consultancy, providing technical advice, planning and set up in international markets, specially the European ones.
Both companies have taken the advantage of their international experience and their wide European partner network to run MEC Baltic with a Lithuanian partner. MEC Baltic tries to fulfil Baltic and Mediterranean entrepreneur needs with regards their attempts to increase trade exchange between both zones.
Nevertheless, MEC Baltic also undertakes the development and management of European projects as its parent companies.
Moreover, MEC Baltic aims to encourage the international mobility that will allow to create notorious economic synergies in future relations between both zones. Thus, MEC Baltic develops placement programmes all around Europe, works as a receiving organisation for beneficiaries of European grants, provide consultancy for national youngsters who would like to study abroad…
Due to one of its main goals is to promote Italy and Spain in Baltic countries, MEC Baltic develops cultural activities and organises Italian and Spanish language courses that help to get to know Mediterranean region in these countries.
